По-долу е даден разширен списък с възможностите, които предлага TYPO3. Някои от изброените са вградени в системното ядро, докато други могат да бъдат добавени с инсталиране на разширения от трети лица, които разширения могат свободно да бъдат свалени от хранилището за разширения на TYPO3.
